We are looking for a setup to measure isolated muscle contraction in vitro.
The standard setup is composed of the following:
1. Double jacketed organ bath with tissue support
2. Isometric force transducer
3. Data acquisition system or chart recorder
4. Thermocirculator
5. Field stimulator
Any of the aforementioned parts would be highly appreciated and will be paid for.

We have 2 30-year old Sorvall RC2B centrifuges
that have served us in Basel, Lausanne and Geneva.
One has a non-functional thermostat and the other
a problem with the transformer.
So, they can be used as spare parts or to make one
good one running.
You can have them from free. Should you be interested,
the transport would have to be organized by your institution.
